What We’re Looking For:
We need an energetic, organized, and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and adaptability. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven management experience in bars/pubs
Experience in hiring, training, and terminating employees
Ability to conduct staff meetings and enforce policies
Strong skills in monitoring alcohol pours to ensure accuracy and maintain cost control
Knowledge of mixology, bartending, and drink creation
Expertise in creating and reviewing spreadsheets for inventory, sales, and staff performance
A keen eye for organization and operational efficiency
The ability to thrive in any bar environment, from high-end craft cocktail lounges to lively, high-volume pubs
Social Media Expertise – Must be knowledgeable in creating and posting stories, reels, and posts on social media platforms to help promote events, specials, and brand awareness
Flexibility in hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
