Last Call Hospitality is looking for a Busser who can help with our fast-paced growth.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
-Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
-Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
-Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
-Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
-Have in-depth menu knowledge and must be able to answer all guest questions with accuracy and tact.
-Handle various impromptu requests from customers and be prepared to offer suggestions when needed.
-Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
-Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
-Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations
-Ensure service bar, tables and restrooms are cleaned and well maintained
-Must be able to carry at least 30 lbs and stand/walk for long periods of time
