Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced chef to work Wednesday to Sunday 40-45 hours a week preparing simple Italian dishes.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
Work a 6 burner stove-top including a salamander broiler.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to meet dining standards.
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and restaurant policies.
Qualifications
5+ years line cook experience.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
