Award winning Peruvian restaurant and Certified World Guinness Record winner in Miami is looking for experienced staff to join our team of more than 800 employees. Candidates must be able to work night, weekends and holidays; Part time and full time positions available.

Professional Servers- Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining, high volume. Must be able to lift at least 30 lb. Bi-lingual is a plus. Experience in wine and fine food a plus.
Food runners and Expo Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Experienced Bartenders Minimum 1 years experience. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Mixology experience a plus. Bi-lingual is a plus for all FOH positions
Bussers Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Silverware Polisher positions Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Cashiers Minimum 1 year experience.
Host/Hostess Minimum 1 year experience.
Hot and Cold Kitchen Cooks: (Rotisserie chicken experts, sautéed, wok, fryer, hot/cold prep, sushi and ceviche experts) Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Dishwashers Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
