Olympia Flame Diner, family owned/operated since 1991, is taking applications for SERVERS 7:30am-2pm Breakfast/Lunch
TWO positions available (non-negotiable)
1. FRIDAY - MONDAY 7:30am-2pm (4 shifts @ 6.5hrs/shift = 26hrs/week)
2. SUNDAY - THURSDAY 7:30am-2pm (5 shifts @ 6.5hrs/shift = 32.5hrs/week)
3yrs breakfast/lunch experience in a high volume environment
must be able to handle 6 table station
must possess or obtain Florida Food Handler certificate within 60 days of hire
serve dine-in guests, write checks, calculate math, arm carry, minimal sidework, no takeouts, no pos system, no tip pool
punctual, reliable, multitask, team player, customer driven attitude
60 day probationary period
Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter
