A new Omakase restaurant is hiring a Head Omakase Chef. We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record at successful Omakase counters - 5+ years experience.
We are opening soon with other locations in Los Angeles - if you have the ability to travel, that is a plus.
Our culinary team is primarily Japanese, ability to speak Japanese a plus.

Compensation - $1500-$2000 + tips
