Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in making New York-style pizzas, including dough preparation, hand-tossing, topping selection, and cooking in a traditional pizza oven. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare dough from scratch daily, ensuring consistency and quality.
Hand-toss and stretch dough to achieve the perfect thin crust.
Select and prepare fresh ingredients for toppings.
Cook pizzas in a traditional pizza oven to perfection.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a pizza maker, preferably with a focus on New York-style pizza.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality food.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
