Floor Manager needed at Alex Coffee Roasters inside the Super Blue Miami Museums
At Alex Coffee Roasters, we are looking for our next manager. The applicant should be a detailed oriented, driven, hardworking individual looking for a steady job in an easy going service.
The applicant must have a minimum of 1 or more years experience managing a culinary establishment of some sort in addition to having full availability in their schedule.
Hours of operation: the museum opens on Mo, Wed and Thursdays from 11:00 Am to 7:00 pm, then on Fri-Sat from 10:00 Am to 8:00 pm and on Sunday, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, closing on Tuesdays.
The position would require the manager to be there for opening and closing of the establishment.
Obligations are subject but not limited to: overseeing opening and closing of the establishment, supervising culinary service through shifts. Making sure all customers are happy and taken care of. Supervising employees during work shifts.overseeing their service to step in when needed. Maintaining the premises in shape before service, during service and after service is completed. Creating and maintaining a schedule for employees, along with approving vacation time. Attending the interviews of future employees along with the General Manager. Placing orders for food and be beverage items. Ensuring that all food and beverage items are up to date.
Compensation to be discussed based on experience.
