We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our residents.
Job Responsibilities:
Clean resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and other facility spaces according to established protocols
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces regularly
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Remove trash and recyclables in a safe and timely manner
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Maintain housekeeping carts and closets in an organized, clean condition
Interact respectfully and courteously with residents, staff, and visitors
Adhere to all infection control and sanitation procedures
Follow facility policies, including HIPAA and resident confidentiality
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (preferably in healthcare or senior living)
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and time management
Compassion and respect for seniors and individuals with disabilities
Must pass background check and drug screening
