Chima Brazilian Steakhouse is looking for a Head Chef to join our team at our Fort Lauderdale, FL location. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and wanting to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage kitchen staff, including H.E.S.P. program, FOH, prep, cook and plate service.
Ensure that all food items are properly stocked and rotated out of hot/cold hold area.
Ensure that proper sanitation standards are met at all times in the kitchen area.
Assist with cleaning of kitchen area during breaks.
Assist with maintaining of the entire facility throughout the shift.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills: A degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
