We are a busy Italian themed restaurant looking for a Kitchen manager that will bring experience and education to the plate. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal, inventory and cost management. We are looking for someone that is creative in product development yet able to remain rigid to the necessary human resource and food safety rules and guidelines. Candidates with problem solving skills will move to the top of the list. The Kitchen manager will be a key member of the overall management team and be part of our leadership meetings. We are open 7 days a week so weekends will be required. Pay will vary with experience and bonuses based on food and labor margins maybe part of the employment arrangement.
