About the Role
As a GSA, you will expect to wear many hats. You will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, through great first impressions, genuine care for others, and basic property management skills. Including but not limited to, hotel curb appeal, room conditions, and grounds conditions. Room inspections, liaisons between maintenance and housekeeping, and management through the use of technology. Manage check-in/check-out process using the property management system, Answer phones and texts, Cash handling, and cc transactions. Assist with guest inquiries, maintenance reports, and room assignments
Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment and property appearance
Schedule: 30 hours or less
Part-time: 2–4 shifts per week (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)
