I am looking for a private chef to prepare and deliver one high-protein, macro-balanced meal per day to a residence in Doral, Florida. This is a long-term opportunity starting with a paid trial meal.
The ideal chef is reliable, creative, and experienced in cooking nutritious meals that meet specific dietary goals. Meals should be delivered fresh daily by 7:15 PM and include one savory dish and one low-calorie dessert.
Nutrition Targets (per day):
– 1,600 calories
– 200g protein (50% of total calories)
– 120g carbohydrates (30%)
– 35g fat (20%)
Protein is the top priority and must be consistently met. Carbs and fat can vary slightly.
Key Requirements:
– Ability to deliver one fresh meal per day, 7 days a week
– No red meat (chicken, fish, turkey, eggs preferred)
– Familiarity with Mediterranean, Mexican, Italian, or Indian cuisines
– Comfortable tailoring meals based on dietary preferences and feedback
