Blue Collar, Miami's home for contemporary global comfort food is looking for a sous chef. The pay is $55,000 a year, plus PTO, bonuses, and health insurance.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of working a hot line and be capable of all stations including grill and saute. This is a working chef position and requires the person to work the line, and place orders a couple times a week.
The weekly schedule involves about 50 -55 hours of work a week and looks like this. 2 days lunch and dinner, 3 days either lunch or dinner. We are a great place to work and offer flexible scheduling, a friendly work environment, and the ability to be as creative as you would like when coming up w a new dish.
