We are seeking a well-rounded and motivated SCHEDULE COORDINATOR with outstanding customer service, magnificent communication skills, and the engineering of scheduling for production for multiple providers: hygienist, dentist, and assistant. Must have 2 years of Dental Experience and knowledge of Dentrix.
The Dental Scheduling Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to architect, manage, and coordinate patient appointments, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure the hygiene department is always booked. The coordinator will work closely with the dental team and provide administrative support for the dental practice to ensure efficient operations. A consistently positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks as needed are essential attributes for this position.
