Health Insurance Agency Admin – $800-$1500/Week (ACA/Private Exp a Big Plus)
Growing health insurance agency seeking a sharp, organized Agency Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly and support our expanding team. This is a perfect role for someone eager to grow with a positive, upbeat agency!
Compensation: $800-$1500/week, depending on experience
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage Virtual Assistants (VAs)
Handle agent licensing and appointments
Perform secretarial and administrative tasks
QA sales forms, submissions, and call logs
Monitor Fronters and support team coordination
Assist with Healthsherpa setup and usage
Log meetings and maintain organized records
Provide backup customer service as needed
Requirements:
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience in ACA Marketplace or private health insurance is a big plus (but not required)
Active insurance license is a huge advantage
Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
In-person preferred (our office has a great vibe!), but remote considered for the right candidate
