All Applicant must have the following:
1. Valid Florida License
2. CNA Certification or HHA Certificate
3. Current CPR
4. Level 2 background screening
5. Two Professional References
Domestic violence, OSHA, HIV/Aids, and Alzheimer's certification and a Health statement showing "free from communicable disease".
