Application Requirements For Home Health Aides/CNAs
Nurse Registry-our contractors love us!
Position: HHA/CNA 1099 Independent Contractor for in home patient care referrals.
Weekly pay EVERY WEEK by direct deposit (and overtime pay where applicable)
Must have the following:
Background screening on the AHCA system (which includes fingerprinting)
A valid FL Drivers license NO learner's permit allowed
Car-must be clean, reliable, and well maintained car
Proof of Auto Insurance (if not in your name a note from the insured is required)
Social Security Card
Proof that you can legally work in the U.S. (passport, PRC, work authorization, etc)
Continuing education:
HIV/AIDS/OSHA certificate
Within the last year:
Assistance with Self-Medications certificate
A physical within the last 6 months done by an MD, ARNP, or PA (NO Chiropractors) stating "Free of Casually transmitted Communicable Diseases" and a TB screening/PPD/chest x-ray (we have a form available)
CPR course certification-current
HHA certificate from a school that is still currently licensed (FL DOE or community college) and/or current CNA License
HHA professional liability insurance-if you do not have a current policy we can give you the form to complete and fax it for you-you must have a credit/debit card to do this. The cost is approximately $65/year.
References that are recent and verifiable (we will fax a form to be completed), they must bring a name and company name, address, and phone & fax numbers of prior work references; if this is a first HHA job you must bring school faculty member information
