Duties:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques to address challenging behaviors
- Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and evidence-based practices
- Strong assessment and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team (Must Supervise the RBT's)
Must have Medicaid enrollment
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Knowledge of medical records management
Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
