Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Aide Certification Teacher to join our team. This role involves teaching and preparing students for certification as Home Health Aides through engaging online and in-person instruction. You will ensure students gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to succeed in this essential healthcare field.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum aligned with state certification requirements.
Teach theoretical and practical components of Home Health Aide certification both online and in-person.
Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support individual learning needs.
Prepare students for state exams and ensure high pass rates.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and certification outcomes.
Stay updated with industry standards and state regulations to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with the administrative team to improve course delivery and student success.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Home Health Aide or Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
Minimum of [1] years of experience in home healthcare or related field.
Prior teaching or training experience required; online teaching experience is a plus.
