Are you a licensed insurance professional with a passion for helping people protect their health and future? We’re a growing company selling health insurance and other insurance products across the U.S., and we’re looking for motivated individuals like you to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
Engage with clients using a consultative approach to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Conduct thorough needs analyses and present options based on price, coverage, and value from our carrier partners
Use technology confidently while communicating effectively over the phone
Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations
Submit applications promptly and accurately
Follow company and carrier policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as required to support our clients and team
What We’re Looking For:
A valid 2-15 or 2-40 license (must be licensed in at least 7 states to sell health insurance; Florida license 2-15/2-40 required)
Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance or call centers
Excellent communication skills and comfort with technology
Self-motivated and customer-focused with a genuine desire to help clients
Work Details:
Full-time role: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Flexible schedule within 9am-9pm hours
Work from our Boca Raton office or remotely—your choice!
