Currently in search for a "Male" HHA/CNA with AHCA level 2 background to start this Monday 1/27 and work every Monday-Thursday 4 hours per day from 2pm to 6pm.
The care is needed for a 76 year old man with who lives with his wife in a nice community in Boca Raton and is in need of long term care forever Monday-Thursday 2:00pm to 6:00pm starting this Monday 1/27. He needs help with the following activities of daily living, needs help transferring, he is a fall risk, walks with a walking stick/walker, has major balance issues, suffered stroke that has limited the ability on the left side of his body, light housekeeping like fixing bedding, make lunch like eggs and toast, help with brain stimulation like card games and puzzles, he is a intelligent man who wants a companion he can have conversation with.
Requirements :
AHCA level 2 background
HHA certificate or CNA license
Car
CPR Card
Proof of citizenship
Drivers License

PAY is $20/hr.
