We are seeking a compassionate and reliable part-time caregiver to assist our 93-year-old mother, who is in a wheelchair and unable to walk. She currently resides in an assisted living facility where she receives general care, but we are looking for additional support to enhance her well-being and ensure her comfort.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance as needed.
Take her for occasional outings in the garden.
Accompany her on facility trips, medical appointments, and other outings.
Monitor and inform the family about any supplies or additional needs.
Hours & Pay:
10-12 hours per week (flexible schedule).
$17 per hour.
Preference for someone who lives nearby and can adjust to varying schedules.
Ideal for a retired individual or stay-at-home parent available between school runs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in elderly care is required.
Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
