We are looking for an experienced full-time Veterinary Receptionist; with a winning personality, a good work ethic, a desire to succeed, and a drive to bring the personal touch back to veterinary medicine. Customer service, computer skills, phone communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a friendly demeanor are just some of the qualities we are looking for. Duties would include but are not limited to: answering a multi-line telephone, calling back clients, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, assisting with hospital cleaning and maintenance as well as many other day to day tasks associated with running a high quality, efficient practice. Knowledge of veterinary care, vaccinations, and basic information is a MUST.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, Experience in the veterinary field, prior veterinary experience. Must be able to lift and move 40lbs.
