RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee accurate sod installation with a crew of 2-4 people (landscaping or sod installation experience preferred, but not required for this position)
Safely operate forklift on jobsites to move and install sod pallets or sod rolls
Unload sod pallets or sod rolls from tractor trailers
Safely drive the crew in an F350 truck to and from job sites around South Florida
Pick up and drop off crew members at their houses – you will get paid for this!
Maintain documentation and sod tickets from jobs
Ensure the safety of self and crew while working
Identify problems at jobsites and communicate the problems to management
Always act professional and polite with coworkers and customers
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a valid Florida’s Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
Must have Forklift Operating Experience
Must be able to pass a Drug-Test. We are a Drug-Free Workplace
Must be able to read, write, and follow directions in English
Must be able to verbally communicate well
Must be dependable, hard-working, and trustworthy
Must have a good, positive and flexible attitude and be a team player
Must be able to work outside in varying conditions
Must be safety oriented and a rule follower
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to work Monday through Friday for 8 to 12 hours per day, and some Saturdays

Home every night! We only work locally, so you will be home every night.
Full-time, year-round position! Plus, we pay overtime at time and a half for every hour after 40 hours.
Pay is dependent on experience.
