Job Summary:
As a Duct Cleaning Specialist at Cool Air USA, you will be responsible for performing professional duct cleaning services for residential and commercial clients throughout the Lauderhill and surrounding areas. This involves utilizing specialized equipment, including HEPA-filtered vacuum systems and brush cleaning machines, to remove dust, debris, allergens, mold, and other contaminants from HVAC ductwork. You will also be responsible for sealing ducts to improve system efficiency and prevent future contamination, a crucial service in our humid climate.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough duct cleaning services using HEPA-filtered vacuum systems and brush cleaning equipment.
Inspect ductwork to identify areas of concern and determine the appropriate cleaning methods.
Seal ductwork using appropriate sealants and techniques to prevent air leakage and improve system efficiency, especially important in Florida's humid environment.
Maintain and clean all equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order.
Communicate effectively with clients, explaining the cleaning process and addressing any questions or concerns.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Maintain accurate records of services performed.
Drive company vehicle to and from job sites.
Promote additional services offered by Cool Air USA.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Duct Cleaning Specialist, with a demonstrable understanding of duct cleaning techniques and best practices.
Hands-on experience using HEPA-filtered vacuum systems and brush cleaning machines.
Experience in sealing ductwork effectively.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and airflow dynamics is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid Florida driver's license.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
