We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Insulation Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in installing various types of insulation materials in residential and/or commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
Install insulation materials (batts, blown-in, spray foam, etc.) in walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces
Measure and cut insulation to fit specific spaces accurately
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Operate hand and power tools as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently as part of a team or independently
Requirements:
Proven experience in insulation installation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
Pay Rate: $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
