We are seeking factory workers to join a team that handles custom rug production for home and office use. This is a hands-on role where employees will be responsible for cutting, packing, and shipping rugs. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided, but candidates must be able to lift rugs weighing up to 50 lbs. Understanding of Spanish or Portuguese is also required.
Responsibilities:
