The Floor Technician is responsible for performing advanced floor care services including stripping, waxing, and refinishing hard floor surfaces. This position requires hands-on technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to lead or support other team members during floor projects.
Perform strip, scrub, wax.
Operate and maintain floor machines, auto-scrubbers, and wet/dry vacuums.
Mix and apply cleaning chemicals according to safety protocols and manufacturer instructions.
Prepare work areas by removing furniture, signage, and safety hazards.
