Scope of Work Includes:
Unit turnovers
Light plumbing
Waterproofing
Interior & exterior painting
Drywall & stucco repair
Flooring installation (tile, wood, vinyl, carpet)
Light carpentry
Door/lock repairs
Pressure washing
Appliance installation
Interior cleaning & trash removal
Landscaping
Fencing
Parking lot/driveway repairs
HVAC & electrical (light/general)
And more

Prior handyman/maintenance experience
Own tools & reliable transportation
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
