As a Groundskeeper you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our property.
General Responsibilities:
Work from daily schedule, work orders and instructions from Property Manager. You will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and upkeep of grounds, amenities, building and front parking deck.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Walking the grounds daily, remove litter from landscaping, sidewalk, parking deck, alley, pool & BBQ decks, tennis court and beach area.
Inspect lawn sprinkler system for proper operation.
Monthly Pressure Washing and outside window cleaning.
Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the Manager.
Other work as required by the Manager
Skills Required:
This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Candidate must be dependable and have their own transportation.
Must be able to work outside, walk, stand, sit, bend, balance, climb stairs and ladders, and lift, carry, push/pull to 50 lbs.
After background check and drug test, start immediately
40-hour work week: Friday through Tuesday.
