Pristine Property Management is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our property management team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our properties are in excellent condition. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for fixing things, we would love to hear from you.
Candidate must live in Dade County, within 30 minutes of downtown Miami.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of properties and equipment
Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly
Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Install and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment
Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
Repair or replace damaged windows, doors, and locks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Proficient in using hand and power tools
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Ability to read technical manuals
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
High school diploma or equivalent
