Aerial Precast Concrete is expanding our team and is currently seeking skilled professionals for the following positions:
1. Concrete Finisher
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and set forms for concrete pouring.
Finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools.
Apply curing compounds and sealers.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a concrete finisher.
Knowledge of concrete properties and mixing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity.
2. Steel Tier
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and follow engineering drawings and specifications.
Assemble and tie rebar as per design requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Work collaboratively with other trades and crew members.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in steel tying or a related field.
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
3. Steel Cutter
Key Responsibilities:
Operate cutting tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
Measure and mark steel accurately before cutting.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Experience as a steel cutter or in a similar role.
Experience using Acetylene Torch to cut & some welding knowledge is preferred
Familiarity with various cutting tools and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Welder/Steel Fabricator to perform welding, fabrication, and assembly tasks related to the production of precast concrete forms, structural steel components, and other related products. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in various welding techniques and have experience in steel fabrication, ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding and fabrication tasks on steel and other materials according to project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine welding and fabrication requirements.
Cut, grind, and prepare metal components for welding.
Assemble and install steel structures and concrete molds.
Inspect and test welds to ensure strength and durability.
Operate welding and fabrication machinery, such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welders, as well as plasma cutters and grinders.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and company protocols.
Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget, maintaining a high standard of quality.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth project workflow.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a welder and steel fabricator (minimum of 2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
Proficiency in operating welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) and related tools.
Experience in working with a variety of metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
High school diploma or equivalent (Welding Certification or technical school training preferred).
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job pays $16 to $18 per hour depending on experience.
