A licensed and certified environmental services contractor is expanding its team in Miami-Dade only. We are looking for experienced and licensed workers who can perform field work and also independently inspect, evaluate, assess, and present service recommendations to customers.
Candidates who can explain findings professionally and help secure new projects are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Inspect and evaluate mold, water damage, and biohazard situations
Communicate findings clearly to customers
Prepare estimates when required
Present recommended services and help customers understand the next steps
Support the process of securing new projects when appropriate
Perform mold remediation work
Set up water extraction and drying equipment
Install containment, HEPA systems, and negative air machines
Assist with biohazard cleanup and sanitation
Follow safety and PPE procedures
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Requirements
Experience in mold remediation, water damage restoration, or biohazard cleanup
Licensing or certifications preferred
Valid driver license
Authorization to work in the USA
Able to lift 50 lbs
Able to work in hot, humid, or confined spaces
Responsible, punctual, and dependable
Able to follow instructions and safety protocols
Strong communication skills
Comfortable using PPE and respirators
Experience inspecting, evaluating, or presenting services to customers is a strong advantage
