Window & Door Service Technician
Monday- Friday
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window & Door Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in window and door service, along with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Experience with PGT, CGI, and ES products is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Service and repair windows and doors to ensure optimal performance
Install screens, balance windows, replace glass and/or sashes, and perform necessary adjustments
Clean and maintain windows and related components as part of service work
Accurately document service issues and provide detailed reports to the office
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude on job sites
Qualifications:
Prior experience with PGT, CGI, and ES products preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
