Looking for a Janitorial person who is willing to work outdoors doing the following. Police grounds remove debris, sweep catwalks, stairways, railings. Dust catwalks, windowsills, fire extinguishers, mailboxes, unit door frames & window frames. Some buildings will have Accessible laundry rooms and those need to be wiped done, dusted, mopped & swept. Meter rooms also need to be cleaned. Pressure clean/hose down catwalks and walkways when needed.
Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Drug free workplace must be able to pass a background check.
Most important you Must have a reliable vehicle!
