Valid FL driver's license for 3+ years and be able to be added to company's auto insurance.
Must be willing to learn "hands on” installing/excavating landscape material in South FL.
Safe operation of trucks, trailers and machines.
Ability to communicate with Landscape Supervisor to complete jobs efficiently to meet client’s expectations and to pass landscape inspections.
Ability to be trained on installing material, plants, trees, sod, and mulch properly.
Maintain and operate equipment regularly and safely.
Willing to learn plant ID, growth patterns and proper plant placement.
Possess a positive attitude and be a team player.
Possess knowledge of how to use landscape tools and equipment safely.
Possess the ability to learn, take verbal and written direction and follow instructions.
Care about the quality of their work and making the customer happy.
Bilingual a plus
