REQUIREMENTS:
>MUST speak English AND Spanish speaking and writing.
>26 years of age or older and able to legally work in US.
>Valid and clean driver's license and able to pass background and drug screen.
>Ability to occasionally travel within Florida.
>Able to Supervise and Personally Handle Repair and Maintenance Service Calls.
> Able to work individually and as part of a team, supervise vendors, projects and trades.
>Able to assess facility, repair or maintenance needs.
> Able to respond to client locations to assess and resolve maintenance and service issues.
>Able to be "on-call" for emergencies when needed.
>Have flexibility of schedule to accommodate work needs.

>Base salary of $21.00 to 24.00 Hr. depending on experience, salary history and qualifications.
