Palm Island Club in Tamarac, a 240 unit apartment community is seeking a skilled full time maintenance tech to join our team. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of our apartment units and common areas. Job duties include but not limited to plumbing, dry wall repair, painting, light electrical, appliance installation/repair. Ability to work independently and get the job done and delivered quickly. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, good communication in English a must. Weekly paycheck, 8-5 Monday to Friday, full benefits, 401K plan. We are a SMOKE-FREE community.
