We are in need of a maintenance tech who has experience working in apartment communities. Must know plumbing; some a/c repair; some electrical; drywall repairs; some appliance repair. This is a full time job with work hours of 8am to 4pm and on call for weekends. Must travel between properties and be able to carry supplies in your vehicle, so a truck or suv is necessary.
Pay is $16 hr plus mileage
