Position: Full-Time Experienced Shades & Blinds Installer (experienced).
Hours: Flexible full-time or part-time schedule
Requirements: No prior experience in window treatment installation required, but preferred.
Responsibilities: Assist with installations and provide general support.

About the Role:
Part-Time Shades & Blinds Installation Assistant:
- Learn how to professionally install blinds and shades.
- If you’re handy but new to the trade, starting pay is around $22/hour.
- Location: our service area spans from Fort Lauderdale to North Palm Beach. If you live in Miami, this position may not be ideal as we prefer someone local to our service area.
About the Role:
Full-Time Shades & Blinds Installer:
- Professionally install blinds and shades in residential homes.
- If you’re handy and experienced, starting pay is negotiable.
- Location: our service area spans from Fort Lauderdale to North Palm Beach. If you live in Miami, this position may not be ideal as we prefer someone local to our service area.
Schedule:
20 to 40 hours per week with potential for full-time as you grow in the role.
Requirements:
- Prior installation experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for working with your hands.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- A clean background, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle are mandatory.
- Must be presentable and professional in appearance.
- While you'll need your own car for commuting, we provide tools and work vans for job-related tasks.
