Job Description:
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the appearance and functionality of our clients' homes. Your responsibilities will include a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring that each property is kept in top condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks
- Assist with property inspections and address any maintenance issues
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
- Drive to work locations.
Qualifications:
- Have own vehicle.
- Energetic, fit, and ambitious
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for maintaining beautiful homes and providing top-notch customer service
Compensation:
Base initial payment: $16 per hour
Up to $26 per hour for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Professional painting
Drywall repairs and sheet rock installation
Tiles or flooring installation
Electrical repairs
Plumbing repairs
