We are looking for a skilled Tile Installer with proven experience in residential flooring and bathroom projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Install floor and wall tile for bathrooms, kitchens, and residential remodels
Prepare surfaces (demo, leveling, waterproofing, layout)
Measure, cut, and shape tile with precision
Perform grout, finishing, and sealing to high standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate clearly with project managers and homeowners
Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Requirements
3+ years of tile installation experience
Strong knowledge of substrates, leveling compounds, waterproofing, thinset, and grout types
Ability to read measurements, layouts, and drawings
Reliable transportation and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
