H & J Contracting, Inc., is currently hiring experienced Underground Pipe-Layer. Qualified candidates must have experience installing storm drainage, sanitary sewers and water-mains. Must be able to configure pipe routes, align pipes in pipeline sections, and dig trenches with trenching tools, slide pipe into trenches.
Job Requirements: Must be able to follow directions of Trackhoe Operator.
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. We do not provide transportation to or from job locations.
Average work week consists of 50+ hours. Must be available to work Saturday’s when needed.
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. and perform stooping, bending, kneeling, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, squatting, and climbing.
First Aid/CPR and any other training a plus!
