Job Title: Window Treatment Installer
Location: Boca Raton, Florida

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
SUMMARY
We are seeking skilled and meticulous Installers to join our team, specializing in the installation of high-end, custom motorized shading and window treatments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation work and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in dynamic environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install custom motorized shading solutions, window treatments, and related automation systems according to detailed project specifications.
Ensure all installations are completed with precision, maintaining the integrity and functionality of the product.
Prepare work areas for installation, including setting up necessary tools and materials.
Diagnose and resolve any operational issues with installed products, providing basic maintenance or adjustments as needed.
Coordinate with the shop or technical support for more complex issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Have 1+ year experience in installation or construction; Custom Shades, Blinds, Shutters and Drapery
Motorized Shades and Blinds with remote control and iOS App integration
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Clean appearance and excellent customer service skills are a must.
Preferably have your own tools: drill, measure tape, hammer etc.
