We are seeking a skilled Wood Finisher and Repair Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes on wood products. This role involves preparing, finishing, and restoring wood surfaces to meet our clients' specifications.
Responsibilities
Prepare wood surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and applying primers or sealers as needed.
Apply stains, paints, or finishes to wood surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Knowledge of using a Spray Gun is a requirement.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure a clean work environment.
Assist in restoration projects by repairing damaged wood surfaces and applying appropriate finishes.
Skills
Knowledge of the restoration industry and techniques for refurbishing wooden furniture.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to pick up and move furniture around with the assistance of another person.
