We are an established Firm that is growing and seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for family law and assisting clients through challenging legal processes. This is available as a full time or part time position for a hybrid of in-office/remote schedule.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
- Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Appear for trial preparation and attend court hearings when necessary in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties
- Draft correspondence and communicate case updates to clients
- Other family law attorney duties as required
Skills
- Strong understanding of family law procedures and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Spanish Fluent a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent people skills and a strong sense of compassion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
