Job Opportunity: Paralegal and/or Closing Agent (Remote)
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Starting at $22/hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal and/or Closing Agent to join our growing legal team. This role supports attorneys and clients in real estate and transactional matters. Whether your background is stronger in legal support (Paralegal) or transaction management (Closing Agent), we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and process legal and closing documents (contracts, settlement statements, HUDs/CDs, etc.).
Coordinate with clients, attorneys, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth closings.
Track deadlines, maintain accurate case files, and ensure compliance with firm and jurisdictional requirements.
Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
Provide administrative and client support with professionalism and discretion.
Resolve last-minute issues quickly to keep closings on track.
Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Closing Agent, or similar role (real estate/transactional law preferred).
Strong document preparation and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and document management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
U.S.-based, able to work remotely full-time.
