Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic in house Social Media/Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community and adding value to the user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media/Marketing Expert or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software.
