Job Description:
The Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with property managers, public adjusters, plumbers, and other industry professionals who can serve as referral sources for our company. This role will involve networking, building trust, and creating mutually beneficial partnerships to increase client referrals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential partners within the Property Management, Public Adjusters, Plumbing companies and related industries.
Initiate contact and develop rapport with potential partners through meetings, phone calls, and networking events.
Educate partners about our company's services and benefits.
Collaborate with partners to create referral programs and strategies.
Monitor and track the success of referral programs and adjust strategies as needed.
Maintain ongoing communication and provide support to partners.
Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and issues.
Report on partnership performance and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Networking abilities to identify and connect with potential partners.
Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for tracking and managing partner interactions.
Analytical skills to assess the performance and effectiveness of referral programs.
Organizational and project management skills to oversee partnership initiatives.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding referral targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
